1. Terms of Sale: Acceptance of orders is subject to credit approval. No refunds are given once your order has been printed. 2. Refund and Cancellation Policy: All sales are final. Cancellations (in writing only) must be received to stop any order prior to proof approval. Cancellations not accepted after proof approval. 3. Pricing and Quotations:  Additional charges for labor or materials may be assessed if further editing of files is required. Changes will be charged a minimum of $16.50 with a $66.00/hour rate applicable. Customers will be contacted prior to any change being made with the option of resubmitting files or having Hahn Printing, Inc. make the changes. All other quoted pricing is good for 30 days. 4. Delays or Missed Deadlines: Hahn Printing, Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by fire, water, strikes, theft, vandalism, war, riot, civil disorder, accidents, action of government actions, acts of God and other causes beyond our control. Hahn Printing, Inc. will not be responsible for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Delivery dates quoted are based on information provided by delivery carriers. Delays may also occur due to events such as equipment breakdown, or other uncontrollable situations which Hahn Printing, Inc. cannot be held liable. 5. Delivery: All prices are quoted FOB shipping point unless otherwise specified. Jobs will not be stored unless alternate arrangements are agreed upon. 6. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are 100% responsible for final proof approval. Each job should be thoroughly reviewed for accuracy. Customers who submit jobs electronically are 100% responsible for adhering to the strict regulations of the United States Postal Service in all respects. 7. Color Variations from the Proof: Because of differences in equipment, paper, inks and other conditions between color proofing and production pressroom operations, a reasonable variation in color between color proofs and the completed job is expected. When variations of his kind occur, it will be considered acceptable performance. Hahn Printing, Inc. prints every project in keeping with "pleasing color" standards for the printing industry. Hahn Printing, Inc. makes no guarantee that the color you see on your computer monitor or your color printer will approximate your finished piece printed via the CMYK process. Wide variation in color spaces, technologies and calibrations of different monitors and printers may preclude an exact match. 8. Prepress Proofs: Hahn Printing, Inc. will submit prepress proofs to the customer for review in accordance with their order - either an electronic proof or hard copy proof. Customer corrections are to be returned to us as a master set marked "OK," or "Revised Proof Required" and signed by the customer. Until the master set is received, no additional work will be performed on the project. Hahn Printing, Inc. is not responsible for undetected production errors if: proofs are not required by the customer, the work is printed per the customer's signed OK, or requests for changes are communicated orally. 9. Sales Tax: All Wisconsin based businesses will be assessed sales tax in accordance with state and local requirements. If a customer is tax exempt, a completed tax exemption certificate must be submitted by fax or mail with the first job ordered. 10. Satisfaction Guarantee: Hahn Printing, Inc. is committed to delivering quality printing in accordance with Industry Standards. Defect in workmanship or materials as a result of not following your written instructions will be corrected at our expense upon receipt of returned merchandise. This guarantee does not apply to errors in customer-supplied digital files, including, but not limited to, poor or low resolution photographs, missing fonts, defective file formats, incorrect copy or corrections that were not noted on your proof approval form. Any claims for defective workmanship must be made in writing to Hahn Printing, Inc. within 10 business days of receipt of the printed pieces. 11. Indemnification: The customer shall indemnify and hold harmless the printer from any and all losses, cost expense and damages on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions, and proceedings that mat be instituted against the printer on grounds alleging that the said printing violates any copyright or any proprietary right of any person, or that is contains any matter that is libelous or scandalous, or invades any person’s right to privacy or other personal rights, except to the extent that the printer has contributed to the matter. The customer agrees to, at the customer’s own expense, promptly defend and continue the defense of any such claim, demand, action, or proceeding that may be brought against the printer, provided that the printer shall promptly notify the customer with respect thereto, and provided further that the printer shall give to the customer such reasonable time as the exigencies of the situation may permit in which to undertake and continue the defense thereof.1.
